1) Olympic Lifting Warm Up

2) Snatch :
1 attempt @ 90%
5 attempts @ 95%
1 attempt @ 80%

3) Snatch Balance:
5 sets x 1 reps @ 85% 1 RM
Rest as needed between sets.

4) Snatch Pulls
5 sets x 2 reps @ 100% 1 RM Snatch

  1. Snatch–
    160 x 1
    170 x 5 (missed on the first 2 attempts, but was successful on the last 3. Felt good on all 5)
    145 x 1
    Snatch Balance–used 155 on all 5 lifts
    Snatch Pulls–used 180 lbs. this was the most painful part of the morning.

    160 x 1
    170 x 5 (completed all liftes succesfully, felt like I could have done more weight, felt good through all lifts)
    155 x 1
    Used 155 on SB, having to control it back to your shoulders sucks!!!! I also used 180 on snatch pull, and share Sam’s feelings on the painful part. Good day.

  3. 3 of 5 @ 175 – stoked to get 95% 3 times in one session!
    Not my best day on snatch balance but made it through the work.
    Will make up snatch pulls tomorrow due to not having enuff time today
    14 rds + 11 yesterday – late session – forgot to post.
