1) 3 rds not for time
35 sec L sit
10′ hand stand walk
5 pistols

2) Spend 10 minutes working up to a heavy clean and jerk.

3) Back Squat
5 reps @ 80%
3 reps @ 85 – 90%
1 rep @ 90 – 95%

4) Partner 1 completes

10 x clean and jerks (155/1055lb) (power of full)
30 double unders

Partner 2 then completes the rep scheme. Partners continue rotating in this manner for 12 minutes. Score is total reps.

If you do not have a partner, complete
3 rounds for time:
10 x clean and jerk (155/105)
30 double unders
Rest 2 minutes

  1. 1) Maybe one day I’ll be able to do these things correctly
    2) Got 140 – PR
    3) Apparently the C&J took it out of me. Only worked up to 75% on the back squat.
    4) With John Davidson we got 168 reps. Really tough!

  2. C & J = 105, failed at 110# (not a PR)
    Back Squat – 145# (80%)

    Partner WOD – with Rawlen
    155/85 lbs = 210 reps
    (we were both off on our double unders today) Tough WOD!

    C&J/Double Under Solo WOD – 7:08 (:59, :58, 1:11)
