3 rounds:

Run 1 mile
rest 5 – 10 min

This should be done at the track. Every mile is a max effort. Do not pace yourself on the 3 miles. Your times will drop off and that is ok. Run your 1st mile as if it is going to be a PR.

  1. Mile 1 – 6:03
    Mile 2 – 7:12
    Mile 3 – 7:40

    Tried to tell everyone good job afterwards but they were all gone by the time I finished. I vote we don’t do this again until 2031.
