1) Test:
Complete 30 hspu’s for time. 8 min cap.

2) EMOM for 10 rounds
3 x push jerk 60 – 70%

3) 3 rounds not for time
200m sled pull (150/105 lbs)
5 – 10 glute ham raises

4) 20 min effort – swim, run, bike or row. If possible, complete in a separate session.

  1. 4. Jogged about 4 miles in 20 minutes
    1. 30 HSPU in 1:45 but feel that if I went all out I could get 30 in about 50 seconds.
    2. First 5 minutes used 155lbs and last 5 minutes used 165lbs. Really cruised on this one – normally could have used 215 and 225.
    3. I walked today on Sled Pulls and only did 10 Glute Ham Raises per round.
