1) “Bulletproof Shoulders” by CrossFit New England
2) Olympic Lifting Warm Up
3) Snatch :
1 set x 1 rep @ 85%
2 sets x 2 rep @ 80%
2 sets x 1 rep @ 80%
Rest as needed between sets.
4) Snatch Balance:
4 sets x 1 reps @ 90% 1 RM
Rest as needed between sets.
5) On the minute every minute for 6 minutes, complete 3 weighted pull ups immediately followed by 10 strict pull ups.
Tight on snatch balance this mornIng but the work was good. The pull up WOD got ugly. 10:15 to get all reps strict.
Snatch felt good, anxious to max again to see improvement. Pull-ups were sick, felt like I just started Crossfit. Good morning over all
Pull ups are the devil! 🙂 scaled to weighted triples and 5 x butterfly practice But any day I snatch balance 2 bills is a good day. Worked up to 170 on snatch – confidence is building. Ready for the time with Natalie!
