3) 4 rounds not for time:
2 – 4 weighted pull ups
5 hand stand push ups (deficit)
3 weighted pistols each leg

4) Row 5,000m

  2. Great Job Bear! Tonight was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed the Oly meet format of only getting three lifts. It really forced you to concentrate and it seemed like there were many more successful lifts than not. Awesome job Sam on the snatch going 3 for 3 with a new PR @ 220.
