8 x CTB pull ups
10 x back squats (135/95lb)

rest exactly 6 minutes then

Complete as many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of
20 push ups
run 200m

  1. 4 rounds even on wod 1
    5 rounds + 6 c2b pullups on wod 2
    6 rounds + 7 pushups on wod 3

    Very fun morning. I enjoy the Saturday morning wods when we have a big group like today. Everyone did great and it was good to have ole William back in the group.

  2. It was enjoyable watching the animals and livestock at tractor supply, while running our 200’s. I felt at home. Wod(1) 4 rounds even … Wod (2) 5 rounds + 6 muscle ups…. Wod (3) 7 rounds 120 meter row

  3. A) 3 rnds plus 5 BFB (first 5 thrusters at 95# then 96#)
    heavy thrusters kicked my booty
    B) 4 rnds plus 1BSq -RX

    C) 5 rnds plus 20 PU
    Not bad. Chest to floor / push ups got tough at the end.

  4. Above clarification. 85# after first 5 thrusters and total 18 thrusters plus 21 BFB which is 2 rounds, 6 thrusters, and 5 BFB.
