  1. A) 3 Rounds warm-up of : 3 unbroken muscle ups , 30 s L sit, handstand walks
    B) 15 minutes up to heavy snatch: 85# was the most I did with good form and landing in a full snatch position.
    C) 15 minutes up to heavy clean and jerk: 125# was the most I did today. I got three reps.
    D) Swim 400 meters butter/back/breast/free at LAC pool- about 12 minutes
