Come out to an Olympic Lifting class this Sunday at 3pm to go over snatch technique and a snatch workout.

1) Clean & Jerk
5 x 2 reps

2) Front Squat
Set 1: 5 reps
Set 2: 3 reps
Set 3: 1 rep

3) Complete for time:
50 wall balls
40 toes toe bar
30 burpees**
20 ground to overhead with 45/35 lb plate
10 overhead squats (155/105lbs)

**burpee standard will be to jump on top of a 45/35 lb plate.

Endurance WOD:
(Complete 3 hours before or after Performance WOD)

Run – off
Tri – Swim – 1000m for time
