Thursday have not only been a lot of fun, but they provide a different type of stimulus to your body from the other days. You don’t want to miss these days. You will see some big improvements if you add Thursday CrossFit to your regular schedule!

Meet at ASH Track at 5am for the endurance class.

1) Snatch (full)
7 x 1 reps

2) Snatch balance
3 x 3 reps

3) Complete 5 rope climbs not for time
(there is a scaled version)
