1) Oly Lift Warm Up

2) Power Snatch :
2 sets x 1 rep @ 65% 1RM Sntach
2 sets x 1 rep @ 75%
2 sets x 1 rep @ 80%
Rest as needed between sets.

3) Snatch Balance:
3 sets x 2 reps @ 85% 1 RM
Rest as needed between sets.

4) Snatch Pulls
5 sets x 2 reps @ 100% 1 RM Snatch

  1. Good skill workout today on the snatches. Thanks Jeff for the coaching on the pulls. I skipped the muscle up after party and did the performance WOD. Fun WOD – 6:50

  2. No problem Scott – I love helping on the Oly lifts and working on developing a great eye for the movements. Lord knows I suck at em so I might as well coach em well! LOL!!!

  3. Never got a chance to get to the gym today…but I did get this in:
    Run 1 Mile (wearing 45# aid-bag)
    The 3 Rounds Of:
    10x HSPU
    5x 8′ Wall-Climbs (Throwing bag over wall every time)
    3x 20′ Rope Climbs
    Run 1 Mile Wearing load

    Time was 45:00

  4. Ran 2 miles one at warm up pace, one at 85% effort 7:28 pace
    Power snatch used 55, 60, 65 lbs
    Snatch bal used 70 lbs
    Snatch pulls – 80 lbs
    Snatch has improved a great deal, but still more work to do.
