Start organizing your schedule to make it to yoga this Wednesday night at 6pm!

1) Clean (full)
5 sets x 2 reps (weight can be increased with each set but not required)

2) Snatch Pulls
3 x 3 reps

3) Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

Run 200m
5 hand stand push ups
Run 400m
10 pull ups

Rx+: chest to bar
