1) Clean and Jerk:
5 sets x 1 rep @ 85% 1RM
2 sets x 3 reps @ 75%

2) Front Squat:
3 x 3 @ 100% of last 3 RM front squat

3) 4 rounds:
4 x press behind the neck
rest 30 seconds
15 x toes to bar
rest 30 seconds

  1. Clean and Jerk weights were 165# and 145#…really easy.
    Front Squat was 215#, that was hard, struggling to keep good form on the last set.
    Weight for the press was 115#, none was specified so didn’t really know what to use
