3 x 10 bicep curls (rest 3 min between each set and admire bulging biceps in mirror)
3 x 10 partial squats (only go halfway down on each rep)
2 x 30 calf raises (be sure and hit them from every angle)
Go real slow for a long time on the elliptical – maybe even 4 hours if it’s a good book
Walk around and kill time as much as possible. You have to make this last 2 hours to get a good workout.

rest 5minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
7 power cleans – 95 lbs (weight starts from ground on each rep)
7 ring dips
