Spend 10 minutes to build to a heavy snatch, then

5 x 3 squat cleans

or

Week 11 of the squat program

or

Fitness WOD:
Complete the following for time
Run 400m
50 x sit ups
50 knees to elbows
Run 400m

Congratulations  to the Geaux Endurance Team for completing the Tough Mudder in Dallas!! Tough Mudder events are hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle courses designed by British Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie. CFA and Geaux Endurance coach and athlete, Lance, finished 3rd overall!
