Friday & Saturday Schedule: This is a big weekend for CFA as we will be represented with an athlete and a judge at the South Central CrossFit Games Regional in San Antonio. Due to the majority of the coaches traveling to the event, there will be no 8am class on Friday. The Saturday 9am Intro class will be as scheduled. No 10 am Saturday class. Open gym on Saturday from 9am – noon.
