In a perfectly executed clean, the arms should be used solely to pull the body under the bar, which requires bending at the hips. The arms bending before the hips retreat is less efficient. – www.crossfit.com

It’s not too late to sign up for the 5k Gone Bad. Race registration forms are at CF Alex, Run Wild, Spirits & Red River Cycle. Race day registration is available. Race starts at 8am.

Class Schedule on Good Friday and Saturday: No class at 4pm or 5:30pm tomorrow. The gym will be open 5:30-6:30pm if you want to get in a WOD. Saturday’s WOD is the 5k Gone Bad. No regular Saturday classes.

Total Inches Competition: Tomorrow is the last day to get measured.
