2nd WOD of the CrossFit Games Open:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

155/100 pound Deadlift, 9 reps
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps, 24″/20″ box

Instruction video on WOD. Even if you aren’t doing the WOD, this is a great video on proper box jumps, push ups and deadlifts.

Good luck to the CF Alex athletes competing in the CrossFit Open! Keep your focus during the WOD. Don’t allow the possibility of sitting on the couch in the afternoon wishing you would have gone harder.

What is the CrossFit Games Open?

If it fits your schedule, come early to the 10am class to get in a warm up and start the WOD close to 10am.
