April in the Park this Saturday, 10am at Compton Park. There will be a separate workout for the kids so bring the family and invite your friends! There will be no 9am or 10am class at the gym on Saturday. Foundations and Open Gym will still be held at the scheduled times.
Yoga for Athletes tonight at 6pm and Mobility Class at 5:30pm. No sign up necessary.
1) 3 rounds not for time:
30 sec L sit
10 hand stand push ups
3 – 5 x muscle ups or max strict pull ups (5 minimum)
2) 5 min AMRAP:
10 V ups
10 1 arm kettlebell push press (24/16kg)
Endurance WOD: (A group will meet at ASH track at 5am to do the run workout)

Run: 6-8x 200m w/ 2 min rest (do not deviate more than 5 sec)
