Another Bootcamp Starts October 1st – 10am & 430pm by William Albritton
It’s time to start another CrossFit boot camp! This is a great way to start your journey to true fitness. You will transform your body and mind by learning to eat REAL nutrient dense food. The goals of the program are to create a leaner body, improve bio-markers, balance hormones and stabilize your mental and physical state. You will increase strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance. We are excited to introduce you to the welcoming and encouraging environment we have come to know as CrossFit Alexandria! For those that went through our first bootcamp, this bootcamp will also be designed to allow you to continue your fitness journey.
Starting October 1, we will meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 6 weeks. Sign up for either the 10am or 4:30pm class. Child care will be provided for both. The cost is $175. These will be CrossFit style workouts similar to the regular classes – functional movements, high intensity, constantly varied.
