Olympic Lifting Coaching: Now available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm will be Olympic Lifting Coaching in small group settings. The sessions are for those who may be just starting out or for those with a basic understanding of the lifts but need a coaches eye to spot deficiencies. Individuals will be placed in groups according to their skill level. Each session will be catered to your needs rather it be understanding form using a PVC pipe, going through an entire work out or working up to a 1-rep max.
