Mobility Work: 1) Spend 10 minutes working a lower extremity from mobility wod. 2) Spend 10 minutes working shoulders from mobility wod. 3) Spend 15 - 20 minutes doing some light metabolic work consisting of swimming (preferable), running or biking.
