Over Head Squat Clinic: The gym as a whole has come a long way this week with over head squat. Over head squat is one of the nine foundational movements to what we do at CrossFit. If you missed the instruction on overhead squat, please make every effort to either come to the Saturday class at 9am or schedule time with a coach to cover over head squat. You will fall behind if you do not learn this movement. Wednesday and Thursday, we will begin teaching a new foundation movement.
